The Army's leader development strategy and doctrine are sound, well developed, and fit for purpose. Nonetheless, some of the principles employed by Toyota to select and develop leaders could... Enjoyed a glimpse of glue that binds the Toyota Company's lean culture. Very informative and worth the read. Book could probably have been shortened somewhat, but still some very valuable lessons to be learned regarding the importance of culture within the organization. Loving this book about a great organisation. The insights and how they differ from traditional organisations is a credit to the strength behind the leadership and culture. Looking forward to reading more on the Toyota Way.Christian Whamond
